You may cancel your service at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
• Cancellation will be effective from the date of written confirmation
• Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly
• Setup fees and domain registration costs are non-refundable

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services
• If there is a significant delay in project completion without valid reason
• If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications
• If the service is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (excluding setup fees)

The following items are non-refundable:

• Domain registration and renewal fees
• SSL certificates
• Third-party software licenses
• Custom development work that has been completed and approved
• Setup and installation fees

To request a refund:

• Submit a written request via email to our support team
• Include your account details and reason for the refund
• Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
